1. Facility access is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for authorized tenants.
2. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and Sunday closed.
3. Smoking, vaping, or open flames are prohibited inside the Facility
4. Overnight stays or occupancy of any storage unit are prohibited.
5. Loitering is prohibited. The Facility is for loading and unloading stored property only.
6. Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Mechanical repairs, painting, woodworking, welding, battery charging, or commercial work are prohibited.
8. Immediately report any water leaks, roof leaks, plumbing issues, or excessive moisture to management.
9. Facility dumpsters are for incidental Facility waste only. Household trash, furniture, appliances, mattresses, construction debris, and hazardous materials may not be disposed of on the property.
10. Keep the Facility clean and secure. Ensure the front entrance closes completely after entering or exiting.
11. Lock your Unit whenever you leave.
12. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
